Hi! I'm Anthony, most call me Tony. I started taking an interest in photography at a very young age, picking up my first SLR camera at the age of 13. Throughout high school I worked at a local studio in Springfield IL learning studio lighting and getting a lot of hands on experience. My excitement for photography grew while working there and eventually I decided I wanted to pursue this as a career.
New York Fashion Week
I enrolled in Brooks Institute of Photography in 2005, focusing my study on commercial photography with an emphasis on fashion . After Brooks, I moved back to IL where I continued pursuing fashion photography by attending New York Fashion Week as a press photographer. It was a great experience, however my evolving interests lead me down a different path.
In 2013 I began working in a commercial studio shooting product photography which allowed me to grow and refine my skills. I worked full time in a commercial studio for over 7 years. Starting as a studio assistant I worked my way up to digi-tech, and then finally into the role as a lead photographer.
